At this time, we are only able to offer returns, refunds and exchanges to customers in Malaysia only.

RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE – INCORRECT ITEMS & DAMAGED GOODS
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item due to an error on our end, you will be eligible for an exchange of the same item.
If a replacement item is not available, customers will be given a full cash refund.
RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE – SIZE DOESN’T NOT FIT
If the size you ordered doesn’t fit, you may return the item to make an exchange via post only. If a replacement item is not available, customers will be given a full cash refund. Return shipping fees shall bear by Customer, and re-send shipping fees will bear by Prosun.
HOW TO RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE
All exchanges are subject to the following terms and conditions, and will be granted at www.prosun.com.my sole discretion.
Please inform us via email and do not attempt an exchange or return without prior approval.
Customer must submit a request for refund, exchange or return with order ID and details of exchange, within 7 days of receipt of goods.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ALL RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
All Return, Refund and Exchanges will be granted at www.prosun.com.my based on the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Customer must submit a request for refund, exchange or return with order ID and details of exchange, within 7 days of receipt of goods to our email: firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Once your submission had been received, we will reply you via email within the next 7 working days. Refunds, exchanges or returns will only be entertained after we have approved your request via email. We will not be responsible for any exchange or return packages received without approved exchange or return requests.
3. Goods must be returned in original packaging.
4. Shipping Charges. Buyer pays for return shipping cost including duty and tax in the following event:
- Size exchange
- Invalid or incomplete address provided during your order
- Second failed attempt to deliver parcel to recipient, including but not limited to refusal of entry into intended compound and no pick up of phone call
5. Prosun pays for all shipping cost including duty and tax to our customer at the last indicated delivery address in the following event:
(To claim refund for return shipping in such an event, the customer has to send us an evidence of return shipping cost within seven (7) working days of shipping to email@example.com Refund on shipping cost will be refunded in the form of cash):
- Defective Product (*Proof of defect must be verified by Prosun Return Team to be eligible*)
- Wrong item delivered
6. Kindly note that All Reasons listed below are strictly Not Considered As Defects. Any reasons that falls at the below category, will not be entertained:
- Colour variation from product photos, e.g. fuschia vs red
- Slight design variation from product photos, e.g. print patterns & etc.
- Slight size variation of within ± 3 cm on measurements
- Minor imperfections, e.g. loose threads, crease marks, removable stains and etc.
- Self-inflicted damage or cut to the product.
- Customer’s subjective opinions on product quality and preference
7. www.prosun.com.my will not be held responsible for lost packages.
8. Each item can only be exchanged once for another similar product (or equal value).
9. Returned product must reach us within seven (7) days of our approval of the exchange or refund request. Extensions will be granted on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. www.prosun.com.my will not be liable for any goods which fail to reach us before end of the exchange period window. All returns, refunds and exchanges must be delivered back to us using a traceable service with a tracking number. We will process your order within seven (7) working days of receipt of your returned merchandise.
10. For refund, we will send you an email to notify you once your returned item were received and inspected. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If any of the above stated conditions are not met, we will not go through with the exchange transaction. www.prosun.com.my reserves the right to refuse any exchanges.
