– Attach the little transparent hose to the Battle Pump
– Fill your drink bottle with water
– Attach Battle Pump to the drink bottle
– Attach balloon to the pump nozzle
– Pump the water and then release the lock to allow water and air into the balloon
– Use the balloon looper to knot your bomb
